Daily Prayer
We pray in the church three times a day, Monday to Friday for 30 minutes at 08h30, 12h and 15h. Please come and join us at any of these times to pray for the church, our city, the world and each other.
Holy Communion Service
Every Tuesday at 12h we celebrate a quiet, liturgical communion service followed by coffee together.
Weekly Prayer & Worship
Join us on Tuesday mornings at 8h for an hour together of worship and prayer. We believe that as we pray God can bring the transformation of our church, city and nation, in the name of Jesus. Everyone is welcome and we would love to have you there.
Alpha
What is Alpha?
Alpha is an opportunity to ask questions and explore the Christian faith in a fun, no pressure environment.
Alpha takes place across ten sessions with the option of a day away in the middle.
How does it work?
Each session includes food or snacks, a short video, and a discussion at the end where you can share your thoughts.
Dates and Times
Every Tuesday, 9th April - 11th June, 19h-21h15.
This Alpha will be bilingual. The videos will have English audio and Portuguese subtitles and you will have the choice to be part of an English speaking, or Portuguese speaking small group.
Wednesday Night Prayer & Worship
Join us every Wednesday night for an extended time of worship and prayer for the world, our city and one another.
Baptism Sunday
On Sunday 25th June we will be celebrating baptisms in the 10.30am service with a BBQ lunch outside after the service 12pm-2pm. We will have lots of activities for the children, a bouncy castle, face painting and a tug of war competition after the service! This will be a great service to invite friends to and celebrate the Festa Junina weekend at Christ Church.

‘Deeper’ Night of Prayer & Worship
Come and join us on Wednesday nights in June, 7pm - 9pm as we seek to go deeper in our faith. Each Wednesday we will have teaching on the role of the Holy Spirit in our lives as well as a time of sharing food together. There will also be a chance to pray for our world, city, church as well as one another. We look forward to you joining us!
